Reservations:

One-night stays welcome on weekends.  Some holiday and special event weekends may be a three-night minimum.  A stay of one night requires advance payment.  A stay of more than one night requires a deposit of ½ the entire stay.  Reservations can be made by calling our toll-free number, or accessing our on-line reservation program. 

Payment: 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards, as well as, cash or equivalent. 

Deposits: 

Deposits made with a credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is confirmed.  Cash or equivalent must be received within 7 days of confirming the reservation. 

Cancellation: 

A 10-day advance notice from the date of your reservation is needed to receive a refund of your deposit less a $10 processing fee.  If the cancellation is received less than 10 days from the date of your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.  If the cancellation is received less than 72 hours from the date of your reservation, the entire stay will be charged. 

Check-In/Check-Out: 

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.– 7:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
   

Smoking: 

The Roost is a non-smoking bed and breakfast.

Pets:

                Sorry, no guest pets allowed.
